“This is the type of product that does exactly what is says it does & what it is meant too – GET YOU SEEN – The light surface is clean clear & bright and the pen clip style fixtures are good – I have them clipped onto the tightening cords of my backpack and they still hold in place. “I live and ride in Singapore, where the drivers are notorious for their atrocious driving skills, lack of awareness and inability to see cyclists, even in broad daylight.
So a strong light is a must and this light works great, as advertised.
With an aero-frame, it was a little tricky finding good mounting points, but the ribber straps and flexibility of the Fibre Flare helped me to find a spot (see photo).
People often comment at how strong the light is and “they want one too”.
Will consider the green or yellow side lights in future.”

“Really like this light. It’s a doddle to fit, and will fit to most things with the straps, which also means it can be removed/reinstalled really quickly.
What I like most about it is the 360 degree visibility. On my commute to work, one of my biggest fears is being side-swiped, and this thing gives motorists no excuse, particularly with it in flash mode…
Apparently they’re also due to bring out some other colours, so will probably get a yellow one for the front of the bike when they’re available.
The only negative is that the On/Off switch can be hard to find in the dark. I’ve found I always position the light with the switch at the same position (normally at the top) so I know where to find it in the dark…..
It may seem a bit expensive, but it’s worth it!!!!!!”

“This is quite simply the most original and versatile light I have ever used.
The clips are ideally spaced to fit between the top of your pocket and the hem of your cycle jersey. Alternatively clip it to your bag or use the silicon rubber slings to fix it to your bike (I have mine on the seat stay). The slings even have an extra tab to protect your frame.
Used fixed light or flashing it provides amazing visibility, and as an added bonus during the day it provides an interesting talking point as lots of people stop and ask what it is!”

Dear FibreFlare team,

I just wanted to congratulate you to your fabulous product. As of this writing I have purchased eleven, six FibreFlares and five MicroFlares.

I saw the lights by pure accident, actually luck is the better word, on a bike that was for sale on eBay Australia and with some digging I found your website and a local dealer here in Switzerland.

The reason why I am writing is not the use on my bike, I have three on mine and two each on the bikes of my wife and daughter as well as one on my backpack, etc. (and just work great), but the use my good friend Ronny is getting from it.
You see he is blind and uses a guide dog (Boyan, a black Labrador) to get around in unfamiliar areas. And living in Europe with shorter days and long winter nights as well as being a globetrotter, he often finds himself walking at night and in very dark places… So for a long time he was looking for some kind of lamp or light to be attached to the dogs harness to make them better visible to cars and other drivers, but to no avail.

In comes FibreFlares. I bought one for him as a gift a couple of weeks ago and he was just esthetic. He immediately mounted it to the dog harness, the guide stick and Boyan’s tail… I don’t think it stayed there for long.
He and my wife work at the local school for guide dogs for the blind (www.blindenhundeschule.ch) and they showed the Flares to the person in charge of aids for the blind… So they are looking into recommending FibreFlares to the guide dog owners for use at night.

So again thank you for that great product and keep up the good work.

“Just what to doctor ordered as the days get longer. I bought this and was blown away by the intensity of the flashing and also the wide field of vision.
After some experimentation I’ve actually fixed it to the back of my helmet, so I can use it on my road bike as well as on my spare bike with the child-seat. Oh, and it’s super-light too (scuse the pun) so I barely feel it on the back of my head. Everyone I’ve shown it to, cyclists and non-cyclists, are impressed.
Only tiny annoyance is that the ‘on’ switch is simply marked by a symbol and can’t be identified by feel, but that really is seriously nitpicking! I love this and would happily recommend it to anyone.
Now I’d like one in white to fit to the front of my bike.”

“Fibre Flare Side visibility is the best I’ve seen bar none. Not only has the light made my riding experience safer, it has also illuminated (excuse the pun) my clubmates to a new disco era of bicycle lighting. On a recent visit to my club’s clubhouse my clubmates were also highly impressed, not only with plus points mentioned above, but also with the comedy value of having (I quote) an “80s strobe’esque disco lighting system” strapped to the rear of my bike.
Joking aside, the price of the product may seem a little much for what you’re getting. But, if you have a chance to see one of these in action you’ll be sold. If you are considering getting a new rear light to see them through the winter nights this has to be at the top of your shopping list.”
