Return Policy

(Fibre Flare 2025)

If you are not satisfied with the Fibre Flare product you purchased , you can return it to us for a refund within 15 days from receiving the item(s). Please note that there are exceptions to our return policy as stated below:

Please note that returned products must be unworn, in the original packaging (undamaged) and the original labels retained. 

If the returned items do not satisfy these requirements, your return will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To return a purchased item, follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us via our contacts form on our website within 15 days of receiving the product. We will respond to you with clear instructions on where to send your item. All postage costs for returned items that are free of fault or manufacturing defect will be at the customers expense. The postage method used must include parcel tracking.

  2. Make sure the items you’re returning do not have any visible signs of use and have the original packaging 

  3. Package the product and associated accessories into their original packaging the same as you originally received it.

  4. Put the products into shipment packaging and label it. Shipment packaging must be adequate to protect the product from crushing or damage during transit (such as a box with bubble wrap inside). Returned items with damaged packaging caused in transit that are received in unprotected shipping packaging will not be eligible for return.

  5. Post your package to us to the address provided.

  6. Email us the tracking number or link and let us know your returned item is on its way back to us.

We commit to processing your return, assessing its eligibility, and sending a refund to your account within 30 days of receiving the returned products.
